Dredging works at Masirah Port

To accommodate larger vessels at Masirah Port, EEC led a critical dredging operation to increase the port’s navigational draft. The project involved creating a 20-meter deep channel, enhancing the port's capability to handle ships with larger drafts. Our responsibilities included defining the dredging path and supervising the execution methodology, along with precise quantity surveying of the excavated material. This effort has significantly improved the port’s accessibility and operational safety for larger maritime traffic.
